The fun night will still be the
2nd Tuesday of each month.
and I will still hold small workshops in my home
when I can fit them in.
Looking forward to some more me time,
I can't remember the last time I sat down with a magazine or book with a cup of coffee. Class updates

Using the carton from the yogurt fill it twice with jumbo porridge oats. mixed together and pour into a greased and lined 1pound loaf tin, bake at 170.C for between 50 min to 1 hour, don't press the mixture down in the tin, as this will make it to dense
you can add all sorts of nuts and mixed seeds to this bread
but the amount should be 1and 2/3rds full cartons of porridge and 1/3 of seed.
I make a lovely walnut one and substitute about a 1/4 of a carton of the oats with chopped walnuts.
this bread keeps for about 3 days, and is lovely and moist.
