Week 4 of my Beginners class
Here are the cards we made.

Over the 4 weeks, the ladies learned
How to add Backgrounds to cards
Matting and layering (how to use a guillotine ) to get 1/2 cm and 1cm boarders.
How to do inserts and get them neatly inside a card.
Different folds, for simple C5, C6, Gate-folds, Pop-outs, Easel, Diamond, and Step folds.
Decoupage, Ribbons, and miniature bouquets.

Simple matting and layering,
with a decoupage Vintage rose

Side Step Easel Card
The ladies had to score and cut this cards, with measurements,
as none of the lines match the lines on the crafter's companion board, then measure each panel and allow a 1/2 cm boarder for each decorated panel. cut out all the eggs and greeting and the pretty little bunny.

Gate-fold Card for wedding

this was the last class,
but the ladies enjoyed the morning crafting, we have decided to meet the 1st Tuesday morning of each month.
Time 10.30 to 2.30
if you would like to join this class, please get in touch
We make 2/3 cards depending on the folds
and stop about 1.00 for lunch
thanks to all the ladies in the group
I really enjoyed going back to basics.
